Jangan Salahkan Kami

Harini aku nak buat satu entry yang memback-up diri sendiri dan rakan2 sekelas aku ( skrg ni) .Korang suka ke tak dengan entry ni ke, nak ckp aku poyo ke, aku x peduli. Hehehe.

Tadi aku dan Pika browse pasal kek lapis S'wak yg cntik2 dan best. Lepas satu, satu page kami bukak sbb kami terpegun mcm mana org boleh buat kek lapis yg begitu neat dan cun gila smpi rasa, mcm "Eh, tah2 dorg photoshop ke gambar ni, mane kita tau kan?".

Lepas tu, entah macam mana kami terbukak satu page yg tunjuk die buat fondant cake yg cantik gila! Series cantik. Aku nk mntk kebenaran kt tuan punya page dulu lah utk tunjuk kt korg, sbb takut kena saman plak amek gambar org suka hati kan?

Lepas tu entah mcm mane, Pika ckp, kwn die yg duduk oversea pon pandai buat kek2 mcm ni (aku rasa, cupcakes kot, sbb mende tu trend kan? Xtahulah kalo korg gila buat fondant cake jgk. Grandious gila!). Dia pon start la melancholic knapa die x pandai buat kek blablablabla. (eh, die pernah nangis tau sbb kek coklat die x naik mase bakar. aku bajet kurg tepung la... LOL).

Jadi aku sebagai rumate yg kadang2 angelic, tp most of the tym perangai mcm pelesit pon console la die. Aku cakap la, jgn la risau. Dorg kn duduk rumah, ada kemudahan oven, dapur, mixer yadayada... apa yg nak di expect? Kalo dorg bosan, sng saje dorg nak memasak ke, membakar ke, panggang ke, rebus, stim, dan segala jenis masakan yg dorg nak. Ini kita, umur 22 *uhuk* (ni aku saja, korg tmbah setahun ok =P), dok pergi lagi kedai/kafe, makan nasik dlm polistrin (btol ke eja dia mcm ni?). Asek2 tempe, sambal terung, ayam goreng. Sampai muka pon dah mcm tempe. LOL. Mana nk dtgnye skill masak tu.

Jadi point memback-up diri ialah: jangan salahkan aku kalo aku x pandai baking yadayada, sbb aku spend 9/10 dari kehidupan remaja aku di asrama. (Sekali lg, kalo korg x suka entry ni, aku x peduli.Hahaha).

Jadi bila org nak fire aku balik, "Habis cuti ko buat apa kt rumah?". Aku akan hanya bagi rspons manja dan meluat mcm ni kt korg, "Erm, bermanja dengan ibu bapa," . Wahahahaha.

Ok, sudah lah merapu, aku dah xde idea apa nak tulis, jadi terpaksa buat entry yang makin merepek. Manusia mmg suka dtg dengan seribu alasan kan? Salah seorangnya adalah aku la. Ngehehe.

p/s: Tapi kepada bakal mak2-mertua(sbb xtahu lg sapa kan, jd plural la instead of singular) saya pandai masak Laksa Penang. Tak tipu! =P

aku pandai wat blueberry cheessecake..ni dia punya resepi..
The ingredients..
The Crust:
2 cups (190 grams) of Digestive biscuits (Blend whole cookies in a food processor
1/4 cup (50 grams) granulated white sugar
1/2 cup (114 grams) unsalted butter, melted
Knead all the ingredients together until they become cookie dough

The Filling:
1 kg Philadelphia cream cheese. (Room temperature)
1 cup (200 grams) castor sugar
3 tablespoons (40 grams) all purpose flour
5 large eggs. (Room temperature
1/3 cup (80 ml) whipping cream
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
½ teaspoon of salt

Topping:
Canned blueberry paste. Alternatively, you can use strawberry paste.
This is the way it's done..
Grease spring form pan with butter. Make sure that the spring form pan is well greased as cracking can occur if the cheesecake sticks to the sides as it cools

For Base Crust:
Press the cookie dough evenly over the bottom and about 2cm up the sides of the spring form pan. Cover and refrigerate while you make the filling.

For Cheesecake Filling:
In bowl of your electric mixer place the cream cheese, sugar, and flour. Beat on low speed until smooth. Scrape down the bowl as needed. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well (about 30 seconds) after each addition. Scrape the sides of the bowl again. Add the whipping cream, lemon juice, vanilla extract and beat until incorporated. Remove the crust from the refrigerator and pour in the filling.

Now it's time to bake...
Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Place the pan in the centre of the oven and lower the oven temperature to 120 degrees Celsius and continue to bake for about another 2 hours. (Away from direct heat as far as possible)

The cheesecake will be firm and only the center of the cheesecake looks a little wet and wobbly. (trust me, it's done) Remove from oven and place on a wire rack.
Let cool before covering with plastic wrap and refrigerating. This cheesecake tastes best after being refrigerated for at least a day.

Final touch...
Brush the sides of the cheesecake with melted chocolate.
Spread the blueberry paste on top of the cheesecake and refrigerate it again for another hour at least. (If the top of your cheesecake still cracks, the blueberry topping will hide them)
